Cookies allow us to improve your online experience. These include:

Data protection policy
Who is responsible for processing my data?
Iroko is the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”).
We are committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of the data of the persons concerned, whether from our subscription documents or by any other means, comply with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
What do you do with it?
We use this data mainly as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure when subscribing to Iroko Zen.
It is also used for:
- the management of our clients and prospects;
- the management of complaints and disputes;
- the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (it sounds scary, but it is part of our legal obligations);
- the management and handling of any conflicts of interest that could harm the interests of our clients.
How is my personal data protected?
Iroko applies generally recognised technological and organisational security measures so that the personal data collected is not lost, misused, accessed, modified or disclosed by unauthorised third parties, unless the disclosure of such data is required by the regulations in force, in particular at the request of a judicial, police, gendarmerie or any other authority empowered by law.
The security of personal data also depends on Users. Iroko members undertake to keep their username and password confidential. They also undertake not to share their account and to report to Iroko any unauthorised use of said account as soon as they become aware of it.
How long do you keep this data?
5 years after the end of the contract.
How do I delete my data?
In accordance with Law No. 78-17, you have a right of access, rectification and objection regarding the data concerning you; this right can be exercised by sending an email to contact@iroko.eu.
